- Note: only support M.2 SATA SSD (Key B/B+M), no support M.2 PCIe SSD (Key M).

SATA III Cable is included
To reach SATA III speed (6G), make sure the motherboard SATA port is SATA III.

Au déballage de l'article j'ai constaté tout de suite que le système d'accroche pour le cable sata sur cet adaptateur avait été écrasé.Rien qu'en mettant le doigt dessus il s'est détaché.Du fait que j'avais démonté le PC, la carte graphique et autres pour pouvoir installer l'adaptateur, j'ai quand même fixé le câble même s'il n'a plus son système d'arrêt.Cela fonctionne mais il n'y a plus le cran de sûreté, je verrai bien à la longue si j'ai un problème.

Plug it in and it works. As long as you have a spare SATA port. The SFF bracket is an added bonus.

Es una lector M.2 para SSD (OJO,NO VALE PARA NVVME,aunque visualmente parezcan iguales) ,los SSD para conexión M.2 PCI-E son raros,pero éste adaptador funciona perfectamente.

Does not work with my m.2 SATA. Tried on various slots and I just cannot get the drive to be seen. Drive works fine when in the m.2 slot on the mobo so I know the drive is good.

So I purchased a smoking deal on an m.2 ssd. I had never heard of one or installed one before. When I went to install it however, found out it wasn't nvme type but Asa sata m.2 and I had bought an adapter that was for nvme or whatever. Looked and looked and found this and it works great. Took a bit to get my pc to recognize the m.2 but I'm tech savvy enough and figured it out. This item is exactly what it says it is and I'm in business. Works great. If I had to warn others of anything , I'd say make sure the adapter you buy to install pci an m.2 is for the correct type of m.2 ssd. One is sata the other one isn't. Nice product saved the day.

Old computer blew up, so time to build a new one. TL;DR, the AM5 board I built off of doesnt recognize the outdated SATA M.2 drive my old computer ran on. Plugged it into this, booted right up with no hassle.Yeah, I know...time to update the m.2. Since this works, now it'll be easier to do LOL.

This is easy to install and also makes for an easy install for the M SSD drive. I put it in a B75 motherboard it works great.

I wanted to have a simple SATA M.2 drive as my boot drive, so that my faster NVME M.2 could be used JUST for holding game installs. This adapter allowed me to use a cheap smaller SATA M.2 for Windows, and put it in a PCI slot that wasn't being used. Since the card itself is very short, it does not block my GPU's fans for airflow. It grabs power for the M.2 drive from the PCI slot, so the only cable needed is going from the PCI card to the motherboard's SATA port. This is MUCH better than using those 2.5" SATA to M.2 adapters where you need to find a place to stick the drive, and also run power and SATA cables to it.

This is a M.2 NSFF implication of the M.2 B Key which supplies 12V on pins 30-36. A M key M.2 can fit into the connector and when powered up, will smoke your M.2 memory.
