Exact replacement of my oem throttle body. I’m not sure it was exactly what was causing the issue with my car as the entire intake manifold was practically falling off causing a massive vacuum leak. Literally every bolt was backed by it at least 4 to 5 turns. Looks like GM would have recalled these cars for it as it seems to be a very common problem. Just an FYI to check before condemning the throttle body and ordering a new one.
