How To Install Fuel Injector Seals Tools
1.Remove the old Teflon seal near the tip of the injector.
2.Place the guide cone on the tip of the injector and push the new seal ring on the cone.
3.Use the installer to push the seal into the groove of the injector.
4.Use the sizer tool to compress the Teflon seal to the suitable size.
5.Job done! (Kindly Noted: EN-49245 must be used to install the seal correctly and ensure that its size is correct.)

The machining on the inside whas so rough it would drag the seals down with it and wasn't setting the seals properly. It's was almost impossible to install correctly until I sanded the inside smooth with some sand paper
