Boards described as High Quality - Nope. There were several flaws with the surface: 1. ripples in top wood 2. Green spots throughout 3. Very knotty 4. Rough unfinished (described as having a smooth surface) uneven surfaces 5. NOT a Birchwood Surface. 6. Wood splintering especially on edges. Lots of work would be required to get these ready for a project. Too many flaws to wood burn.

I would rate these kich better but many of them have cracks running through and pieces about to come off. They also have blue stains in the corners. Over half of them are effected by it and thus not usable for me. Very unfortunate.

Great prices on these, but several have bumps and dents. They are very thin.I originally had this as a 3 star, but have dropped it to a 2 star because the size is not 9x12 - it's off by a few cms which makes it impossible to glue 9x12 prints to it.

these were the perfect size for signs for my wedding we stained them and they took the stain very well and look absolutely beautiful
