È il classico stampo ''della nonna''.Esattamente come lo cercavo io.Cuoce perfettamente ma consiglio l'uso di un distaccante professionale per pasticceria.

Good non stick pan with nice weight. Unusual size actually fits into odd spaces, plus has a hanging hole, unexpected bonus. It took 12 minutes to perfect madelines. Nice perfect brown suffice and visible shell pattern. I'm quite pleased.

Was not expecting it to be sooooo tiny! It was hard to get a consistent amount in each spot, even using a measuring spoon. The batter ended up overflowing, but it still got stuck to the pan...it was a challenge.

Very good quality item and one of the few metal baking trays for mini-madeleines on the market. Also easy to clean.

Il faut mettre du beurre pour que cela n'adhère pas, hormis ceci les mini madeleines sont délicieuses.Il faut laisser un peu tremper le moule avant nettoyage.Très bon produit / très bon achat.

This form produces bite-size madeleines. It performs perfectly well to make delightful tiny pastries. I bought this on a whim because we love these versatile confections. I have a standard size form made in France and when this pan is compared to it, the differences are minor. My French pan is thicker and looks to be hand tinned. Both pans produce cakes that are nearly as good as those we ate in Paris. Of course no pan will recreate the ambience of a Parisian cafe.So.....my assessment of this pan is 4 of 5 stars. I knocked one star off because there is no country of origin information and the cakes are VERY small. I would buy the full size form if I were to need a madeleine pan again or if this was my first time making this pastry. One of my favorite madeleine recipes is authored by David Lebovitz. They are light, buttery, and lemony. I have never failed with his recipe. I recommend you give it a try.

I made 150 madeleines for a Girl Scout tabletop around the world fair. We had France and served a treat that was tiny, since every table was serving a treat from their country. Also, when I looked at the larger madeleine size, it would have taken hours to make all that I needed, but being able to make 40 at a time (I bought 2 pans) really helped. It took about 30 minutes to complete each cycle of 40 - including the buttering, filling, baking and releasing. The batter I made a day in advance and stored in pastry bags so that I could pipe right into the openings. The excellent chocolate madeleine recipe I used can be found on marthastewart.com - search chocolate madeleine. The batter goes a LONG way with these molds. The only thing I was disappointed in, was that the shell design doesn't show up very well - maybe because they're so small. If you're making as a dessert, be prepared to make more than you think you'll need - 1 of these madeleines is equal to or smaller than 1 bite of cake and people will keep popping them into their mouths!

This cookie sheet does effectively make Madeline cookies...it just makes very tiny ones! In the small "goodie bags" handed out at the baby shower, we put six cookies per little bag and it still didn't really look like enough.

Excellent product! Get 2 pans if you plan on making any since you'll gobble them up faster than you think. The mini-madeleines were adorable, delicious & turned out perfectly. I would recommend using a spray such as 'PAM for Baking' to save yourself the tedious task of buttering & flouring each little shell; the results are just as good, you save time & they clean up in a snap. Wash by hand, don't put the pans in the dishwasher. Five stars for these pans, the larger size are equally good & I bought 2 of those as well.

This worked as promised and turned out some very dainty little madelines- cute as a button! It works the same as the large madeleine pans, and is made from the same heavy weight metal, but the result is darling. Would be great for tiny "garnish" on a larger dessert, for a tea, or just because some people prefer small doses of good things!

This pan works very well for baking miniature madeleine cookies. There was no problem with clean-up, and no 'rust spots' as with some baking pans. Maybe since it was made in France! I highly recommend purchasing this item, and the larger size as well. Thank you!
