At the time when I bought this it was over $50, but thinking back I probably wouldn't have gotten it unless it was around $20-30. It's like any other bar used for adhesive sandpaper, but with a nice weight to it. It's on the thin side, but I find this size great for sanding really small areas. It is longer but thinner than the 10mm steel boards from Tamiya. I prefer the Tamiya stainless steel boards over the madworks acrylic boards.

I was tired of throwing away sand sticks every time they were worn. Now I can replace them easily. The sunk cost is not cheap, but this set is easily the newest set of tools that brings me joy when using. I just wish they’d number a different set from V, VI, VII and VIII because l ordered different grades of sand paper with it. I’m happy I have them.

付属の説明通りに使用していません。テープも両面テープを使わないで、強力粘着魔法テープ はがせるマットテープを使用しています（少々粘着を弱くしています）。手で持つために半分しか貼り付けていません。あと、キッチンペーパーに水を少々しみこませ、使用するごとに軽く叩くようにして削りかすを落として使用しています。大きさといい、硬さといい大変使用しやすい工具でした。
