I don’t know why I didn’t buy these from the beginning. I bought on camera flashes and was noticing a lack of power for bigger group shots.I bought the 600 and it did work but was heavier and more to set up.I bought two ad200’s and am amazed at how easy they are to use and the portably of them is right there for my needs.

I am a real estate photographer by trade and have used this flash virtually every day since I purchased it early this year (2022). This flash has been a workhorse and I've not had any operational issues (well maybe one) with it at the time of this review. The flash is paired with a Godox X1T wireless transmitter and I've been able to trigger the flash at least 50 Meters away.There could be improvements in the design. First of all the power slide switch is not very stiff. When moving my gear bag into the car it is not uncommon for the power switch to move and turn itself on. Because of this, I have to check the power switch every time I move the bag. Additionally, all the buttons on the flash feel a bit cheap. I would not have a problem spending more money on this flash If they made it with higher-quality buttons.I have noticed the standard speed flash head's diffuser has two open slots for heat ventilation, which is understandable however it does spread additional light lines when using it to light a room. This is something to consider if you are using it for real estate photography.In conclusion, this is the best flash I've used for the money. The cycle time between flashes is incredibly fast, the wireless controls are seamless, battery life is great, and the build quality overall is solid.
