Godox continually develops quality products and this mount is no exception. The description reads that it is only compatible with certain Godox flash heads however, it works with all kinds. I can mount my SB-900 in vertical (not sure why you would, 2 900s won't fit side by side) or horizontal positions and this mount holds them very well. Easily remove the bottom rubber piece inside the clamp and you can now hold any round style speed flash as well. The very obvious use for this adapter is to be able to use Bowens modifiers for your speed flash and this works superbly however, it doesn't stop there. Any of your umbrella mounts will fit right in the small hole just below the Bowens adapter and is held in place by a spring style clamp... and holds nicely. Two different light stand holes at the base allow you to mount this vertically or horizontally to the stand. The stemless tilt allows you to get your modifier or flash to the perfect angle without depends or pre-designed stops. The build quality is 10x better than some of the competitors versions. If you need a versatile option to use your flash modifiers, grab this one!

I have a lot of modern modifiers and one way or another they all fit my Canon Speedlights.but my old stuff that is still plug in I need an adapter for and this is it.It is only getting 4 stars becaus it is not as elegant a solution as my Magmod equipment
