It will do the job, but I wasn’t impressed. I have a large 60” GODOX umbrella with diffusion that I love and have taken amazing photos with. But it’s so big and deep that often times it’s not practical for home use or even on location if indoors (unless I’m renting a space with lots of room and high ceilings).I bought this because I figured this would be smaller and just as good. It’s far more practical due to the smaller size, can be used pretty much anywhere. It’s insanely easy to setup. And I realize it’s relatively inexpensive but the material quality is not the same as the larger umbrella. I noticed some tiny pin hole light leaks in the umbrella and the diffuser feels more plasticky than my other one. It’s not terrible, I got good photos with it. But it won’t be my go to modifier and isn’t much bigger than my 25” Glow soft beauty dish (which I feel is better but cost a little more).The rod feels strong, and the whole thing is as durable as any other photo umbrella. It packs up super small, little over a foot long and a few inches wide. So if you’re looking for a light weight modifier easily carried, it’s a good option. Especially if you don’t own any better soft boxes of comparable size. But if you’re looking for the best quality of soft light you can get go bigger or spend a little more on a trusted soft box.

The setup is easy and the diffusion is great for indoor events. The overall quality is good and this product pairs well with a 200-300 watt flash.

Super light and disappears in my backpack. The short length is perfect if you're travelling to location with a camera and flash setup all in one bag.

It’s able to fit inside my Ulanzi MT-49 Carbon Fiber light stand bag with the light stand. Works well with Godox AD100’s.
