The built-in 2.4ghz radio receiver offers full power control and triggering without the need for an attached receiver. An optional transmitter is all you’ll need to have full off-camera control over all your V1 U flash units, along with anything else in Strobepro's current lineup.

The master control mode of the V1U means you can control other flashes in your arsenal from your camera. No need to buy a trigger should you always wish to have your flash on camera, the V1U can control 4 separate groups and up to 99 channels.

I'm a photographer, and although I don't use flash everyday, I still needed an upgrade. My previous one was a AA powered canon flash, that I have owned for at least 5 years, so it was time to improve. I own a Canon R6 now, and it fits and works perfectly.Needless to say, I love the fact that it uses a rechargeable battery, easier and convenient. The flash has a lot of settings, but it is not too complicated to figure out. Very bright and powerful, which is not as common for flashes, and you can dim the intensity if necessary. Love the fact that you can turn the actual flash in case you dont want a direct hit. It comes with a lot of accessories which is also convenient, like the diffuser, the carrying bag and color filters. Steady speed up to 1.5 sec.Feels very well made and sturdy. Although I usually go for branded accessories for my camera, this is the second product I have from Godox and they have proven to deliver really good quality products. The off camera feature is also extremely useful.No complaints here, would recommend!

An immediate perk of this flash is the included rechargeable battery. It's wonderful to get free from AAs and get a much higher shot count. Note that the small battery charger is proprietary, so take good care of it.The flash feels very robust, and it's clear that this unit is high-quality. The interface is simple to use if you are familiar with other Speedlites, and the LCD screen is large and easy to read. The large round light surface also provides much warmer and balanced images than my previous rectangular flash. Many shooting options offer all the functionality I will ever need. As pictured, there are many included accessories, and I'm very satisfied with this substantial upgrade over my previous Speedlite.

I have been relying on Godox brand flashlights for years now, and they haven't let me down; this one is no exception. Several features of this Godox V1 C U flash are particularly appealing. The built-in portrait LED light has proven incredibly useful in very dark locations, aiding my camera's focus and assisting with lighting composition. I also appreciate the flash's rapid 1.5-second recycle time to full power. Furthermore, the 2600mAh lithium-ion battery provides approximately 480 full-power flashes per charge, which is a significant improvement compared to using AA batteries. This model also includes a welcome diffuser kit and color gels. Another unique design aspect of this flash is its circular head. In my opinion, this provides a more natural, circular light similar to a video light, unlike traditional rectangular flashes. Additionally, it allows me to connect other Godox magnetic accessories. The build quality remains as excellent as my older flashes, featuring high-quality plastic construction and a durable metal camera connection, which I appreciate. The control interface is consistent with my previous Godox flashes, making it easy to use since I am already accustomed to it.
