I usually like Goldbrokat E strings, but this "gold premium" version is definitely not worth 4x the price of the non-gold version. Sounds good for a week or so, but the gold coating wore off with regular playing in less than 2 weeks, leaving a very coarse feeling steel string and uncomfortable to play on.
