The way this is packaged is deceiving - in a good way! There is way more gimp than I first thought. The colors are gorgeous and it’s so easy to use and adhere to surfaces. I love the bit of sparkle from the sequins - just enough and not over the top. Beautiful!!!!

The colors are quite eyecatching, my wife used it to trim a couple of quilted table runners and the results were great.Worked well with a monofilament thread so the stitching didn't detract from the lace itself

This product is fine if you expect a very thin trim that is bright red. That wasn’t what I expected, however.

When I saw this Silver Gimp Braid Trim 6 Yards Metallic Scalloped Edge Lace Trim, I knew I just had to have it. I wanted to use this to embellish my quilt. I love the bling that it gives to the quilt. After hanging it and looking at it for a week, I will hand-sew it to become a prominent addition to this quilt. It gives this quilt a new look; the silver catches your eye and makes you look at it. I will need to sew this in place with monofilament thread so that it will not be seen, and so it does not take away from the beauty of this trim. When it is dark, and the lights hit it just right, it reflects light slightly on the ceiling and the floor, adding another bit of interest to the quilt.

I ordered the blue which is the lighter of the two blues, it's almost a teal color but not quite, and it is absolutely stunning.The blue is really vibrant and the metallic accents are real show stoppers. It comes very nicely wrapped around a very solid piece of cardboard and is in a zipper bag, so really great for keeping neat and tidy until use.I can't wait to figure out what project I'm going to use this on. It's sooooooo pretty.
