For the low cost, it's fine. It's a spring loaded single shot uzi that fires on the weak side and feels very hollow. That being said, it shoots, rarely misfires and can be somewhat accurate. I'm mixed overall on it.

I honestly don't know how this gun functions, but my son says it's works great and uses a different type of ammo in it than what came in the package. Looks like a more expensive airsoft type gun but is a great price for your younger kids getting out there and starting out. My son (7) is very excited to participate with his older brother and this fun has me less worried than the other ones. They say it isn't as hard as the others, though it does shoot a good distance. Looks cool and works.
