A hook was missing. Which meant I had to buy a pack of hooks. It came with a small screwdriver and screws to assemble the base. The wood isn’t smoothly finished so it was difficult to fit the top into the side pieces. I had to put oil in the slots and very carefully slide the pieces together.This was definitely not an easy to unbox and put together. To add insult to injury Amazon and/or the manufacturer didn’t make it easy for me to communicate with the manufacturer when all I wanted was to let them know they sent the product out missing a hook. The only option I had was to return the item and get a refund or replacement. That was not what I wanted because I needed to use the item the day it was delivered. For me the end result was I ended up having to “ make do” with a product I paid full price for. This is what caused my disappointment
