I have tried a few different sets of silicone gonggi and most of them have been slightly larger than this set. I think this set is actually a more ideal, slightly smaller size. They appear to be roughly 20mm x18mm for reference. They appear to be solid silicone and nothing hollowed out or rattling around inside. So far I find the play action of these to be pretty smooth and easy to work with but I am still having issues with the final stage of flipping from open palm to back of palm - this is an issue i'm having with any set of silicone gonggi I have tested but I still like the size of these better than the rest. They may not be the ideal set compared to some others but I still find these to be a fun and durable set to try out and I'm considering picking up a second set because I like them so much.

This is a fun gonggi set that includes all the necessary pieces with the squid games drama x, squares, circles, and triangle decoration on top. It's lightweight and small, easy to pick up with the hexagonal shape, and to play it we just youtubed some of the instructions which is something like throw one, pick up one, throw one, pick up 2, and continue on. It takes a lot of skill and practice to get good at, but overall very fun.

I grew up playing gong-gi in Korea. When my teeanger watched the second season of Squid Games and expressed interest in learning the game, I ordered this set. This is a well crafted, good quality set, but it is quite different from the original Korean toy that I grew up playing. First, these are quite a bit larger than they should be. You will need large hands to be able to play with these. I don't have a traditional set of gong-gi to compare these to, but I'd estimate that these are a good 15-20% larger. Second, these are also about 10 to 20% heavier than they should be. The original gong-gi I grew up playing was made of hollow plastic pieces, filled with weights. You could actually shake them and hear the weights rattling around. These, on the other hand, are solid. Ironically, these are higher quality and more durable than the originals. However, their larger size and heavier weight make them more difficult to play with.
