This is made of lightweight plastic. It is not the heavy and stiff goni that I consider a professional therapy tool to be used by an occupational or physical therapist for years. But it is a good one to get for a patient who is recovering from a joint replacement or a shoulder, hip or knee injury to self-monitor their progress to regain range of motion. I find it helps patients to be able to know for themselves that the exercises and stretches that they need to do to get back to a normal function are working. It provides feedback and motivation.

I really like this, but it’s hard for me to measure it by myself. You really need someone else to help you if you want to get exact measurements. I bought it so I could see my knee flexion after total knee replacement. It’s great, but like I said, I need someone to, really hold it in place so I can get the exact measurements.
