It’s easy to use, surprisingly high-quality for a trainer knife that’s under $10 so the value you’re getting for this is just insane. It’s smooth right out of the box. I already dropped it a few times and there’s no sign of it getting looser or anything, so it’s pretty durable overall. One thing I notice though is the left handle, the one with the locking metal on the bottom, is a bit heavier than the right handle. I find it easier to do tricks with the left handle, so just keep in mind that the handles might make or break your tricks! Weight distribution overall feels very good. 10/10 for a cheap knife!

My 12 year old asked for this. He picked out the one he wanted. Great price. It’s not sharp at all. I tried it myself and it’s kinda fun. Swings around as it should with a pin to lock handles when not in use. He likes to watch YouTube videos to learn spinning tricks with it. Be sure to wear shoes when playing with it or you’ll end up with hurt toes.The only complaint I have and this is directed more towards Amazon. I ordered this on a Wednesday and my bank wasn’t charged until Sunday. We received it that Monday. Wish Amazon would take the money as soon as item is ordered. Seems to happen a lot.

its a good weight and has a nice design on it, when i first took it out the box it was kinda heavy and when i swung it around it was a little difficult but then after awhile it loosed up and was smooth, but when i fling it back and forth it kinda hurts my knuckles and back of hand but i think cause im not doing the tricks right, but it works good, its really nice for the price, id recommend it for beginners

Very good quality! Maneuvers noce & smooth. It has nice weight distribution. Perfect for my 10 year old son to use & practice his knife handling! Cant wait for him to see it in his stocking on Christmas!! 100% reccomend!

Fun little flippy floppy training butterfly knife.Amazon doesn't seem to allow sharp blades on butterfly knives, but if you want a trainer this is great.Dirt cheap and feels nice.Weight ballance is perfect for me, it's easy to use, and it seems like all the components fit snug with nothing lose.(P.S, The screws are tight since the review bar is trying to get me to answer that question)

I loved how this product came in and came out in a very fancy way and when I started to use it was a great practice tool for a real one and overall if your starting butterfly knife tricks I’d recommend you this product

This is definitely the best trainer for the price. I had about a weeks worth of practice using a live blade so I knew how to test it with some tricks.Concerns. The handles have pretty much no grip and are very slickPros. Its inexpensive. fairly quiet while still sounding nice. holds up to being dropped. and can handle more advanced tricks (Helix, behind the 8 ball, etc)Overall Im giving it 4 stars because of the lack of grip but if I were looking for a practice knife again with this knowledge I would still buy it.I was not paid to write this review btw. Just enjoyed the knife

This butterfly knife is a decent trainer because of it's weight. Keep in mind that although the are no sharp edges, you can still pinch your fingers when the knife is folded.I also recommend spraying a lubricant along the hinges to loosen the two sides. Otherwise the handles tend to stick especially when new.The biggest flaw, however, is the locking pin which is used to hold the knife shut when folded. It's too long and can get in the way of performing proper tricks. If anything, they should do away with the pin altogether because this knife is dull and lacks a point.
