I initially thought I received the wrong item but after communicating with the seller (great seller w/ prompt response and follow-up) I learned that the PCBBF162S is the new board that replaces PCBBF132S. Had to carefully match up the pins/wires since the new board is not exactly the same layout, but the new board worked great after I installed.

The blower fan of my furnace is always on even I pull out the thermostat. I guess one of the Relay went bad and in an always on position. so order a replacement control board. Seller sent a new version PCBBF162S, replaced the bad PCBBF132S Control Board and the furnace is working normally again.

This new board worked perfectly immediately upon installation. It is laid out differently and is a different color than the original (old is yellow, this one is green), but all the connections are marked the same as the original. This took about 15 minutes to install. And it could have been quicker but I went deliberately slow just to be cautious and make sure of the correct connections. I would recommend you use your cell phone to take several pictures of the existing board as installed from multiple angles to have and refer back to if necessary. My board is installed with plastic clips, not screws. Use needle nose pliers to pull the old board off of the clips one at a time BEFORE removing any wire connections. This will allow you to turn the original board to different angles to see the names of the wire connections before removing. Remove and connect each wire individually from old to new board. Pay close attention to thermostat wires if you decide to remove all at once, as there may be more than one of the same color, i.e. 2 red wires going to different terminals.BE SURE TO TURN OFF POWER OR CIRCUIT BREAKER TO FURNACE BEFORE WORKING ON!That's it!I originally had an LED indication of 'pressure switch bad' which was causing the inducer motor to run constantly without any call for heat, but furnace would not come on. The pressure switch was fine. The problem was the inducer motor relay on the control board was bad. Someone recommended I tap on the side of the (original problematic) board and see if any change happened to the inducer motor running. Sure enough it stopped, then restarted and the relay on the board began to smoke and burn right in front of me.All that to say; this board works, is very easy to install without any special skills, and will save you hundreds, if not thousands on calling in a company to repair.

After cross referencing the part number with a local heating repair company I found this on amazon for half of what they were offering and decided to give it a shot on my own. The install was very easy, just take a photo with your phone of how the wires connect and also mark them with tape before you disconnect the old board. It installs as a direct fit, although the orientation of some of the connections are a bit different the wires are plenty long. Fixed our issue, easy to do and saved us over $300 in parts and labor. Part was very quick to arrive which was vital as we were without heat in January.

I've found that the Goodman GMH95 is not the highest quality unit you can get. I've experienced a few problems with it over the time I've had it (about 10yrs). Compared to my Lennox heating system for the main house, this is definitely a low quality unit. Some of the issues have been very sporadic. The system would not startup at all this year. I decided to fully diagnose it, found that sometimes the control would send power and sometimes it would not for the inducer. I tested every switch, limiter, wire down to the input AC voltage. Nothing seems to be a root cause. Looking around thru various Internet forums I found this control board mentioned. I ordered it and it is an exact replacement for the OEM. Installed it and the unit immediately booted up exactly as it should. Time will tell, but if this holds up it will be the best update you can possible do. For $60 you cannot go wrong. This would be and $800 ordeal from HVAC people.

Lives up to what it advertises: an upgrade to my PCBBF109 2-stage control board. Came a week earlier than expected, which is awesome when your furnace is out in the winter. I have no experience in furnace repair, but got this baby installed in under 20 minutes, thanks to the spade terminals and consistent labeling between the boards. Lastly, I want to note that the dip switches are inverted compared to the PCBBF109 board; make sure you read the dip switch labels carefully and configure accordingly, versus just trying to mirror the configuration on the new board from the old board. The new card works great, no issues since installing it 2 weeks ago.Happy with the product, especially since I paid $86 for something my local HVAC guy wanted to repair for $850 plus visit fee and diagnostics, no joke.
