I've used these for about 15 years as of 5/26/24. (Occasionally I have not been able to get the Goodyear and have tried lesser-known brands with lesser results) The Goodyear A21 runs 24 hours a day to run 5 rooftop exhaust fans. I check them every 6 months ... grease bearings, adjust and tighten pully wheels. I change them every year. Sometimes on will break within a year when i change them all. More typically they do not break, but have medium to bad cracking. I buy them for storage every year when the stored belts are installed, rotating them out. So they are one year on-the-shelf old when I install them. My weather is Hamilton Alabama in the northern part of the state. Mark C. - Quality Inn
