I put this on a 4.2 liter ford engine in a 2002 ford F150 SPORT AND IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM . The belt size they sell you at an auto parts store is actually to big and lets the tension pully bottom out making a very irritating and hard to figure out noise . This belt will cure it .
