Hab Sie Bei meinem Leer Hardtop von 2006 montiert, ist von den Maßen genau wie das Original. Schraubenkopf der Befestigungschrauben der Verschlussplätchen ist 1/4 Zoll mit Schlitz, aber am besten mit Schlitz anschrauben sonst reißt der Kopf beim anziehen ab.(Kein Materialfehler, die Schrauben sind einfach klein)

Just so happened to be same exact mechanism, even same key number. Fits perfectly, adjusted to make it nice and tight closing. Took 10 minutes to install.

Bought these to replace the ones on the camper shell I bought used and didn't come with Keys. These seem a lot sturdier than the stock ones. They installed in less that 10 minutes and felt like they'd do a lot better job at securing the camper shell door.

Have a Leer fiberglass topper on my truck. Live in northern Wisconsin so topper is exposed to rain and snow. One of the locks would no longer work correctly. The Leer dealer is about 100 miles away. Ordered the replacement parts via Amazon. Great fit and easy to install. Saved me time and money for only a simple project. Pays to search around before running back to the dealer.

This was a perfect in-out swap for the handles on my Leer topper. Local stores didn't have the part in-stock and would need weeks to get directly from Leer. These arrived in a few days and was a no modification swap for the original handles. When the lock mechanism seizes again in a couple of winters, I'll be back to buy these again.

My old ones on my canopy quit working The key wouldn't turn the lock anymore. I went to a locksmith and was told they just wear out and would be cheaper to buy new ones. They wanted $36.00 a piece for new ones that weren't even close to matching. I found these for $36.00 for the pair. The picture in the description had a number on the key which was the exact same key I already had. They sent me 2 keys for each latch, now I have 5 keys that all work. It took me 20 minutes to install. very happy, would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their old ones.

Solid construction. Comes preoiled. Fits leer caps. Only complaint that made it lose a star was that the inside bracket didn't fit. I had to use the old bracket. This model comes with collars on both sides of inner bracket. My mount needed one side to fit flush against the cap door.Install tip...spray old screws with WD-40 to bust up the rust and a hacksaw may be needed if set screw in roached out.
