Quality is fine, but the hex screws that come with it are too long for my 83' Marlin 336cs. I installed, but because the screws go all the way through and push up against the bolt. It caused the bolt to jam and I had to take the whole thing apart to clear the jam. The screws are useless in my case.If they fix the issue and provide me with the proper length screws I'll update my rating.

This is a good product by all means does what it says if your are mounting on a lever action rifle get a flat file ready to shave the screw length. Overall very happy thanks.

Works fine and you can see the iron sights clearly when there is no scope which is what I wanted most. The only issue I have is that it is longer than the top of the Marlin 336 receiver so no matter how you put it on about a half inch sticks off the front or back. For the price I can't really expect perfection. But it is clearly made to fit several different rifles tapped differently as opposed to just this particular rifle.
