Battery pack won’t stay charged even for 1 use. Would not recommend this coat. My husband got a heated jacket of a different brand and his battery pack works for 4-5 uses without needing to be charged again.

The bad: 1) Jacket is a tad bit on small side and when you put battery in pocket makes fit even smaller. 2) front zipper is made cheapThe best: 1) fast warm-up. 2) Jacket fits comfortably despite being on a tad bit small side 3) fast delivery.I will keep the jacket because I love the heat it gives me and it's so cold out right now to wait for a bigger size.

Needed a winter coated overseas and this coat is the best choice I made. I've only used to heating elements once bc the coat itself is warm. However with the heat turned on i felt like i was wrapped in a blanket an could stay outside forever watching it snow. I'd definitely recommend it.

This is well make nice looking tight well fit to me.With sofe comfortable material .Even before open heater already feel warm. When stay out side in cold weather it make comfortable warm.It come with battery easy to connect and be charged Even carry it but not feel it in Also nice value/ price.

I like it but, the front of mine doesn’t heat up only the back does, and the battery life isn’t all that great. I catch the bus to work so when I’m on the bus I make sure I remember to turn it off otherwise it’ll die before I get to my destination

Took this thing to a tailgate in the cold and i was super happy I did. Surprisingly it really does what it says. Heats up in all the areas and does so pretty quick. Jacket even looks great on and the wire dont get in the way. Great buy!

I’m not sure if the issue is with the power bank, but on the first day, when I took it out of the package, the power bank was completely discharged. After charging it for a few hours, the heat started working. I tested it outside in 30°F weather, and while the heat was initially working well, I only felt it on my back and neck not on my chest or arms. After just 2 hours, I could barely feel the heat at all. When I checked, the power bank was already out of battery. I believe the problem lies with the power bank, but since I really need one that works reliably, I can’t keep it to test further.

Really good, warming up my winter in California, the battery life is really good, you can use for one week at least and won’t need charging every time, definitely worth and the quality is really good!
