This is one of those dresses that you instantly feel special when you put it on. It makes you feel sophisticated, beautiful, and sexy. This dress is so effortless too, and it’s also surprisingly comfortable. The gold buttons are such a cute detail, and love the contrasting colors. This dress is also perfect for so many different occasions. Aside from being a dress you could wear to work, this could be worn to summer gatherings, like fancy brunches, baby showers, and day weddings. The dress fits true to size, and feels well made. I’m extremely happy with this dress, and cant wait for a special occasion to wear it to!

This fits as expected. I am 5'11" and wear a size 4. The small fit perfectly. This is not meant to be any sort of compression style dress, making it very comfortable for all day wear. This dress pairs well with a blazer for work, or can be worn without making it a fun semi professional looking dress.

This may be my 6th or 7th dress from Grace Karin. Knowing that their sizing runs a bit small, I always order a size up and did so this time as well. I normally wear a L, but ordered an XL. Unfortunately, due to some health issues, I've gained back some weight, so the dress is tighter on me than I'm comfortable with at the moment, but I have no doubt when the weight comes back off, this will become a favorite go-to dress. I agree with other reviewers that the fabric is lightweight - and if you have any imperfections, it's going to need great undergarments because the fabric will allow those imperfections to show through. The classic design is what originally drew me to this pencil dress - it works for the office, church, funeral, wedding, special events and can be dressed up with a jacket or shawl. The neckline was originally a concern for me because I can't stand anything tight at the neck, but this lays very softly around the neck and was no problem at all. The blue color looks amazing - exactly as advertised. I think this dress can carry you through 3 seasons here in the MidWest - not sure it would work for winter, but that's still a great win for me. I love this addition to my wardrobe, and it will be incentive to finish PT and get those pounds off again so I can wear it. Once again, Grace Karin knocks it out of the park with a great dress at a fair price!

I ordered the Grace Karin Dress in a XX-Large and color of purple and black; l and the dress looks like it was in the picture. This is a bodycon, slim fit style dress so I naturally sized up from my usual XL size and got the XX-Large and this size fits me good. The length drops to my mid leg area and I am 5'7" This dress is sleeveless; has a mock neckline; has a back zipper open/close; has 2 rows of 3 buttons each on the front stomach area as embellishment; and it has a slit in the back for easier walking. Even though this dress is not lined, the material is thick enough that there is no see-through at all; and yet the dress will be cool and comfortable during warm weather. This is a nice, dressy dress that can be worn to work, casual or dress/casual, or church occasions. It can be easily dressed up or down; and, with the right cropped jacket or shrug, my arms can be easily covered in cooler weather. I easily rate this dress a 4.9 out of 5.

I like this little professional number. It's pretty straightforward; a great piece to look pulled together and professional. I thought I'd get this as a nice piece to add to my summer work wardrobe. It fits the bill.The material is light but of quality. I love how I get the high waisted look without me feeling unkempt. Pulling off the high waist skirt look, even with a bodysuit is logistically... hard. I've tried a few times to no avail. The bottom half of the dress hides my imperfections (that come with age). I like the fit, though I REALLY should have taken pictures when I had some shapewear, smoothing garment or a bra on. It would have better highlighted how well it fits! I'm wearing a medium and it's goldilocks: its not tight, not too loose but just right.The top's material differs from the bottom. It looks green in the picture because I am not the greatest at taking pictures but it is indeed black. I picked the blue to go with a pair of pumps of the same color. I am happy that the color on the model is very similar to what I received. Along, with the dress itself.My favorite thing is that the dress goes past my knees and stops at the PERFECT place on my calves. I am fairly tall (5'8) with long legs (34" inseam) so this may fit someone 5.5" and under a little longer. The button detail are indeed buttons that have some 'shake' to them (if that makes sense). Meaning they are purely decorative but has some movement. The dress is low maintenance; it doesn't require ironing. Hang it up, put it on and you're good to go!
