I used it on a 1995 Buick Century Wagon and it was a perfect fit.

Worked out great for my 1971 Monte Carlo however I had to sand the paint off of the spring (the small spring) on either end so my horn would work. It was a pretty easy install other than that, I had some 220 grit sand paper lying around so I set it down on my bench and ran either end of the spring over it lightly until I saw bare metal, I installed it and the horn worked correctly. You need to run only the flat part of the spring (at each end) over the sand paper until you see bare metal.

The instructions included with this are terrible and referenced "new" parts that don't exist as part of the kit (specifically a black plastic tube). I installed this on a 1994 Jeep Wrangler. The instructions are confusing when it comes to getting the horn working properly. Mine had a metal plunger sticking up from the steering column. It's spring loaded and held in place by a hidden black plastic ring. This plunger had to be gripped and simply pulled straight out (seemed like it would break). This will let loose that spring but you need it so make sure you keep track of it. Once the plunger is out, discard it, insert the included horn wire in the old black plastic ring/tube, and then reinsert the spring and black plastic ring back into the original place.I had to search the web for working instructions. It turns out someone from Grant has been answering questions on some Jeep forums. If the problem comes up over and over, isn't it time to include some revised instructions? Or maybe even a link to an install video or series of color photos?
