Though it isn’t recommended, a few people have started cuttings as late as August and held the potted vines over until the following spring, to be planted out then. Depending on the season we will ship dormant or properly frozen cuttings.

These arrived and looked great but unfortunately never grew. I soaked for 24 hours and applied my rooting hormone but nothing.

What I have learned from working grape vine cuttings is that you have to deep soak them for 24 hours. Then add your wax and growth hormones to them. I covered them with a clear plastic bag and placed them out of direct sunlight. I'm very happy with this purchase.
