Not the best quality, although at least the customer service was wonderful. The first one I received was bubbling and they immediately send me a second one without even making me go through the trouble of returning the first one... the 2nd one arrived in pristine condition... a few weeks after starting to use it, it began peeling off the back so now I have something that looks like it's been on the car for a decade, but hey... at least the hitch is covered... its cute but poor quality.

I love the saying on this and bought it to encourage all people to he nice. Even works for the person driving behind you being an impatient person trying to pass...LOL. My husband did end up securing it better because everytime we went through the car wash we had to take it off or it came off.
