The hose is great for never kinking. My only negative is that the output of water isn’t the large stream we have with a regular rubber hose.

Sprayers take a beating at our place and it was difficult finding a good solid quality nozzle that continued working properly through the entire entire gardening season. We’re very happy we found this product because it actually lasts through the gardening season and into the next.

Heavy duty. Love the thumb nozzle over the handle you have to squeeze. Excellent pressure.

I have 2 outdoor faucett and hoses. Finding a nozzle that is sturdy, have a lot of options in spraying, doesn't leak and easy to use and handle. After many tries I finally found this one and I love it. I recommend.

Seems to be well made but time will tell. My other nozzle didn't have a thumb control, I like it!

The thumb grip is poorly designed. It is a little rubber piece held on with a thin strip embedded into the metal. On my nozzle, it fell off on the 2nd day of use.I’ve contacted the manufacturer for help, and there’s been no response after several days. So customer service seems to also be an issue. It’s a bummer because the rest of the item construction was well done. I appreciated the metal body, the remainder appears like it could otherwise hold up well over time.Another piece of constructive criticism is the spray options. Too many of them are based on mist. I think 4 of the options produce a spray based in a mist format. That seems backwards to me. Not enough options to get more high-volume water out of the nozzle.Update: customer service did reach out to me, based on my review previously being negative. They sent a replacement nozzle of a different style. So far, it seems to be built better. It is their fire hose version.

High quality, great design, good materials, and attractive as well. It feels good in the hand. The control is smooth, precise, and made of metal. The functions are all high quality and you can feel them click into place solidly even while watering. The main watering function is a real plus, the water flow control is superior to all other products I have owned.I have a small greenhouse and water my plants almost daily. I have owned many nozzles and including a few other thumb control nozzles. This is by far the best I have ever owned. I love it. Looks good, feels good, and performs precisely. HIghly recommended for anyone who uses their hose frequently.

First let me just say that I don't understand the complaints about shower mode. If you are looking for a shower mode that extends all the way across your yard, this is not for you. If you want a shower mode that is light enough to water plants up close (2-4 feet), extremely evenly distributed and doesn't have a dead spot in the center, then this is the one you want. Unlike every single model I've ever seen, this one has a center metal mesh for the shower mode that works very well. The thumb control is great and easy to use. It will take some time to get used to it but I love it already. The settings are easy to switch and just as easy to identify which one you are switching to, which is a problem with some models. The handle is comfortable and easy to grip and the entire spray nozzle feels extremely sturdy and well built. All this and it runs about $5-$10 cheaper than similar models that still don't have that wonderful center shower spray.I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I would buy this again. I will also recommend this to my family and friends.Pro Tip: If you need to water a large area and this spray nozzle's shower mode doesn't cut it, they make these products called "sprinklers" that as it turns out are specifically designed to spread water over a large area. Just sayin'...
