GREEN PIG compost accelerator rapidly converts grass clippings, weeds, leaves, pine needles, pinecones, small twigs, animal bedding and food scraps into fertile humus. This organic humus can be used in gardens, flower beds, around bushes, shrubs, trees, and lawns. Simply wet pile, drop packet in 1-2 gallons of water (packet will dissolve) then pour entire solution over the pile. Keep pile moist. Re-apply weekly.

What did work?I think it definitely broke down some stuff, but not enough to make actual compost. I actually filled bags, rotated them in the sun all winter, and come spring, more than half the bags had not composted. I would say stick with what you know.

It didn't work as we expected. It took a while to decompose a portion.finally I had to shell out money for take the leaves out from yard.

I own Lomi machine and knew about this product. The initial order did not arrive, but the customer service took a prompt care and replaced the item right away.The results of product are visible. The compost bins look happier :)

I've used this stuff on everything from normal tree leaves to plantain trees to piles of branches. It works, it speeds the break down into a good compost.

These tablets do not dissolve in water easily. Directions say to pour over compost pile within 15 minutes of dissolving. I stirred for 30 minutes and still had a large, rock hard tablet, although the water was tinted blue-green. I now use my food processor to pulverize the tablet before mixing with water. Might be better if product came in pouches of powder instead of tablet form.
