Went on no problems for my 2014 FLSS (Softail Slim) in fact took me longer to clean my hands than to install the part. Hardware included were just bolts and one washer, stainless steel, good quality. No nuts were sent inside the sealed hardware package, but I was lucky enough to have several stainless steel self locking nuts from the many years I worked on boat since I retired.OVERALL- +10 on this part and the little disadvantage of missing hardware is nothing compared to the amount of money I saved buying this, than what the dealer would have charged for the same or less quality crash bars. I hope I never need them but this is about safety and I even saved a whole bunch.

Nice bar at one third the cost of buying it from Harley. It even came with chrome plated bolts. I did have to supply my own 3/8 nut.
