Afraid of a regular gas chainsaw I needed an option for my tree limbs and branches. Those tiny hand held saws you see advertised won’t do much for me.This is small enough for me to feel confident but not safe unless you take precautions. It’s a real chainsaw so don’t take shortcuts on your safety gear and chain maintenance. I hope to get a longer blade when I’m ready. I’m an older gal and just need to be self sufficient after storms Thank you Greenworks!

I took the saw out the box put oil from small bottle included. Chain was tight I stuck the batteries in(2, 4Ah batteries) and the saw ran, the saw was heavier than I was hoping it would be. So I stuck the 2, 2Ah batteries from my weed wacker (the weight difference was noticeable} and went to work on a downed tree, the saw preformed flawless the chain was sharp and the saw had power to keep up with the chain. I may get a couple more 2Ah batteries. It is lighter than my 18"Husqvarna .

チェーンソーに必要なオイルを入れて動かしましたが、オイルが噴出しません。調べてみると、オイルの噴出をする穴自体がふさがっているようです。購入直後からですので、初期不良の問題です。ただ問い合わせをしたところ、アマゾンの返品期間である3ヶ月が過ぎてしまっていると言う事のため後は直接メーカーに依頼してくださいということでした。ホームページを探してみても問い合わせはメールしかありません。そこでまず商品説明書に記載の問い合わせのメールを送りました。全く返事が来ません。2回目はホームページに記載のメールに問い合わせをしました。ホームページでは通常1日以内に返信があると言う事ですが、1月ほど経った今も全く返信がありません。カスタマーセンターへのメールには2回メールを送っていると言うことを伝えていますが、全く返信がない状況です。このままだとブレードが焼き付いてしまってチェーンソーとして使えなくなります。カスタマーサービス自体ちゃんと対応していただきたいです。対応するまでここの商品ページで状況をお伝えしていきます。追記2回目の問い合わせから1ヶ月経ちましたが全く連絡ありません。コストコでも取り扱いしているメーカーですが日本語対応含めて商品の不具合に対して対応しない会社です。3回目の問い合わせを実施します。

10分ほどでチェーンが溝に嵌まらなくなり、使用出来なくなりました。コメリで代わりを購入。その後は問題なく使用できたので、星3つとします。

I bought this for small tree work around the yard. It works great. I have taken down several trees and cut up plenty of wood. Only complaint I would say is battery life is short but it's a minor complaint. The tool is great! Easy to use! Excellent value!

This saw is a pleasure to use for cutting smaller trees and heavy duty trimming on a smaller parcel of land. Read the instructions and use common sense and you will be happy with this saw. Learn how to sharpen a chain which is not that difficult and this saw will cut like a house afire. Low noise, pollution and mess. A minimum of mechanical ability, easily learned, will keep it running in good shape.

Would be a fine chainsaw if the chain didn’t chip off in multiple places causing it to be unsafe. I used it on a small bush that should not have been difficult. I didn’t open the box for a couple months after I purchased it so I was unable to get a refund through Amazon because the time frame had passed. I contacted the company who asked for my information and then never got back to me after I provided them everything. Terrible customer service.

This saw cuts with power and precision. I can get nearly an hour of cutting brush and logs up to 12 inches in diameter. Keep the chain tight on the first couple usea keep it sharp after that. Use a blast of air to clean out the batterys and battery compartment on the tool after each use. Quiet, light weight, easy to start, and no loud idling in-between cuts. I have been using this saw all fall to cut firewood.
