Nice hardshell case that protects my Bobtail acoustic/electric resonator as well as I hoped.

If you are expecting a case on par with other similarly priced cases (i.e. Gibson or Fender Factory cases) you will be sorely disappointed. Cheap materials, cheap hardware, cheap looking. Nowhere near the quality of a Gator case at 1/2 the price. But it does fit the Gretsch Honey Dipper perfectly.

Fits like a glove on the Gretsch resonators. A well built case and I dig the purple lining.

I agree with most of the previous comments- it's a good fit for my Gretsch boxcar resonater but very overpriced

Pricey but nice. Canadian made. Internal dimensions of the G6296 case are: Total Length = 41"; Body Length = 19 1/2"; Upper Bout Width = 10 3/4"; Lower Bout Width = 14 1/4"; Depth = 4 1/4" (including depression for cone guard and saddle cover). Perfect fit for my Gretsch G9240 Alligator Roundneck (12 frets to the body) Resonator.

I love my Gretsch Roots Collection #9240 Round Neck Resonator Guitar. It's an unbelievable value, sounds, feels and looks wonderful. A faithful reproduction of a vintage Regal-Dobro Model 19 . . . well except for the non slotted headstock, but the pearloid is cool! This case however is way overpriced for a flat top, thin plywood hardshell. As Hartley Peavey once said, "Some of these industry prices are pure bull manure." This case should have a street price of about $80 based on most other similar quality cases on the market and I certainly would have bought one at that fair price, but it's about $150 instead. I gave it a pass and got a gig bag which does the job.
