Bought this to replace an old ingersol bit that I had that was broke. This one broke first time I used it. I would say it might be good for home use but didn’t even make it 3 inches before it broke.

Buyer beware on this one, I didn’t cut 5 inches of relatively thin sheet metal and it broke no returns!

Made it half inch on a bedside removal,,, thin sheet metal which it is made for. It shattered the over hardened tip in a tenth of a second. Pieces went flying thank God I had safety glasses on as this chisel bit is a PIECE OF CRAP THAT CAN HURT YOU!

Very fragile tool, broke only after one ft of operation, I’ve been in the bodyshop business for 38yrs and I use these type of air chisel bits all the time. Never seen one break so fast and for the record…. I didn’t hit double metal or any structures behind the panel I was Attempting to cut.

Used this to slice the car. Cut through it like a hot knife through butter! Smooth edge where it cut, and straight cut.

I had laid down 1/8" masonite as a subsurface for vinyl plank flooring, to bring the vinyl up to the same elevation as the porcelain tile adjoining. Several weeks down the road, the masonite began developing high spots/air pockets between the concrete base and the masonite. I needed to relieve the stresses by cutting x's in the high spots. Since the masonite had been glued down, removing the entire sheets was extremely difficult, so I first chose to use a circular saw and a multi-tool to cut. Smelly masonite dust everywhere. With my air hammer, I used this CH110 tool to basically shear instead of saw the lines. It worked absolutely perfectly, with no dust.I realize this tool is intended for cutting sheet metal, and it does work well for that, too. It also works well for cutting pvc fittings away from pipes.
