The item I received was not new. It was previously used. You can tell by the markings from pliers to remove it.

おかげさまでこの部品などを交換することで、サーモシャワー混合栓の水漏れ修理をすることができました。ありがとうございました。10年経過していたので、本体取替しようかと思いましたが、部品取替に挑戦してみました。元のこの部品が固着し、取り外すのがとても大変でした。
