Der Flachmann war als Geschenk fรผr meinen Vater gedacht. Die Verarbeitung ist super und die Schrift ist sehr schรถn geworden.Ich hatte auch mit dem Kundensupport sehr guten Kontakt gehabt. Bei der ersten Lieferung hat der Lieferant in Deutschland das Paket in den Briefkasten gequetscht. Es war eine groรe delle im Flachmann, wofรผr der Hersteller natรผrlich nichts kann. Es wurde direkt angeboten den vollen Preis zurรผck zu bekommen oder alternativ eine neuanfertigung + Lieferung, wofรผr wir nichts zuzahlen mรผssten.Der Support war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Der Schriftliche Kontakt war in Deutsch und Englisch seitens des Herstellers gegeben.Wahrscheinlich wurde ins Deutsche รผbersetzt, jedoch konnte man es sehr gut lesen sodass keine Kommunikationsprobleme entstehen kรถnnen.Ich habe 2tage spรคter direkt eine neue Sendungsnummer erhalten,sodass ich beim Transportunternehmen in Deutschland anrufen konnte um dort hinzuweisen dass dies nicht in den Briefkasten geworfen werden soll.Ich bedanke mich hierfรผr recht herzlich bei dem Hersteller fรผr die schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe. Das Geschenk ist nun im Optimalen Zustand angekommen und die Freude bei meinem Vater war riesig fรผr dieses Geschenk:)
