The tuners themselves are high quality, and they are the exact same size as the same Grover mini tuner set I was replacing that were 30 years old and crumbling.One warning - during installation, 2 of the screws that came with the tuners snapped while I was screwing them into the headstock, and I had to drill out the screw pieces that were stuck in the wood. If you're replacing an existing set of tuners and you're screwing these into existing screw holes, it should be fine. If you're screwing into a new headstock or (like in my case) an existing hole that was filled with wood filler, drill a small pilot hole first, or get better quality screws.

When I buy a guitar I automatically mod it out. Grover tuners are my perferable tuners and the only tuners I use. I just bought a Squire Telecaster Bullet and the factory tuners suck. I baught these Grover 205BC6 Rotomatics and the are like butter. Super smooth when winding down and up strings when changing. Lock them in place, your guitar stays in tune for a long time.
