I like the live kombucha. I look for the ones that have less sugar and a mother. This is pretty low sugar and tasty.

The ginger is perfectly balanced in this flavor. The overall taste is light, fresh, and not overly vinegary.

Absolutely delicious, with no added sugar. A healthy alternative to soda and sparkling water.My only concern is, the product doesn't tell us how many CFUs of good bacteria it has.

I've been drinking kombucha about 3 month. Was no losing any weight with diet and exercise. Kombucha kick started the weight loss with continued exercise and diet. Thyroid and age make it harder.My second favorite result is bloating goes away in 20-30 minutes.Ginger, lemon, or original/plain taste best. It's fermented, fizzy and sour, these flavors go well, berry and mango, etc do not, disgusting. Pineapple is not bad. I have it on ice w straw. Half before noon and half after, or half the next day.Expensive, but so beneficial. I could probably stretch 1 bottle four glasses over 2-3 days. One bottle is a serving, but a few sips kills the bloating.Try it if you haven't.
