Great customer service. Safe functioned well but USB charging port was not working three months after purchasing...no problem. Customer Service was great, they offered to replace the item and sent me a brand new one. Arrived within three days after I asked for support. Great service and coverage.

Works great the first month or so. Doesn’t work after 6 months. I’m past the full refund time period. Went through the support page and tried everything, resetting, new batteries, etc… still doesn’t work. I wouldn’t buy this product.

Purchased as a bedside safe for my pistol. Worked out of the box unlike another prior. Very easy set up with fingerprints, works 100% of the time. Spacious enough for most full size pistols and a mag. Key operation is smooth. Opens automatically and it’s a pretty compact size for what it is. Recommended.

I have tried several other small safes that I mount in drawers, and they just were not satisfactory. The Wincent Biometric was easy to program, works like a charm, and the best features are the lid springs open so you do not need to mess around trying to open the safe when the time comes. It also has an interior light when the lid opens. The construction is much sturdier than others, and this is definitely worth the few extra dollars.

I got this safe a few days ago. I conceal carry almost everywhere I go. The places I don't and can't CC, I need a place to securely lock my pistol in car. Part of doing this is using the steel wire to wrap around car's seat base, to prevent theft. Well, the problem with this is there is nothing that holds the wire IN the safe when it's opened (yes, there is a notch on the edge, but this is only useful to allow the lid to close). My problem with this safe is when I open it, the wire shifts out of that notch, then when I need to close it, I have to fight with it to get the wire to line up perfectly with the notch to then close it. Massive pain in the butt. Other than this issue, this is a phenomenal little safe.

Works EXACTLY as described, and intended. I don't know why someone on here gave it 1 star (and didn't even bother to elaborate why) but this little safe is GREAT. Its actually the "Gen 1" of this particular model, the other one that looks identical with 100s of 5 star reviews is the *newer* version which holds more prints in its data banks - but if you're looking for the exact same functionality at a cheaper price then this is the one you want. With the foam left in it fits my Taurus G2C + spare mag, and I will be anchoring it around my vehicles passenger seat so for intents and purposes this thing is going way above any beyond what I'm asking a "knockaround" portable car safe to do. 10/10 build quality, zero complaints there. The support team advertised by email *did not* ever respond to me so I'm assuming at this point maybe the materials that came with the safe are outdated/they have a new point of contact- take that as you will. The instructions could have been slightly more specific, I ended up having to use a fellow Amazon review for the newer model to help get mine working because the included printout skipped an important part of the setup detail. Other than those two things though its great and once again for the price you really can't get a better deal.
