This thing has been kicked around and beat all thru my truck and it still unlocks every time. Definitely better than the ones you'll pay $60 for at a box retail store. It's way way way lighter than a metal and functions the same. I actually think this one would me harder to break into cause it don't bent out of its shape.

As the headline said, this is a PLASTIC "safe." While the description does say "plastic," it is easy to miss in the description. The plastic is thin, bends easily, and would very easily be defeated by an ordinary hammer or screwdriver. The cable looks like it could be ripped out of the casing very easily. I'm not saying don't buy it, I'm just advising potential buyers this is a PLASTIC "safe," and all that connotates.

Not as strong as I expected. It’s all plastic and not very tough. I think it can only prevent 10yo children crack by hand. It can be opened by force if a adult using tools.

It is made out plastic which is great to offer light weight. That was my main concern. It is well made and high quality but the great qualities offered by the plastic construction are overweighted by the lack of rigidity that makes this box not too solid.

Not many options out there that have a combination lock and a key lock. Having both is my preference. The case is plastic though. And it was too thin to Carry a thick piece inside. Check your size requirements first

This is plastic, and I doubt it will deter thieves, but on a legal standpoint it will do its job, especially for the affordability.

I feel much safer, putting important items in this inside my vehicle. The last one I had was key only and it bent, leaving me needing to use needle nose pliers to open it. This combination lock is much easier and I love not having to take a key with me.
