I tried to open 2 of the trigger locks. I had to pry them open with a screw driver. Oiled them and tried again. Same result. No customer service. I gave them 1 star only because there is no zero. Returned.

Works great for what I need it for. At first I didn't like that the locks are all keyed differently, but I now understand why. Locks are pretty sturdy, it fit perfectly and for the value you can't beat it
