I should start off by saying super cute! And the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! And no I was not paid to write this! Seriously. Not joking. A lot of people have complained the smell was strong? Really?! I thought it smelled great! The wood?! Idk maybe I’m weird?? It definitely does NOT smell like chemicals! It does take about 2 hrs to put together! The directions are spot on to a T. I was iffy on what product to buy I was nervous. It’s a lot of money. ESP in today’s society. But this company helped ease my mind. Answered any questions I had. Fast shipping honestly even if it came from China! Very honest people. You don’t get that anymore and yes they care about animals. Maybe spray it if you want more protection against water. There is always more that WE can do to protect the things we buy and invest into. Keep our things nice. It is a beautiful product. I highly recommend! Highly. I live in Ohio and I will be buying from this company again. Let me verify no this was not a paid review. This is a honest review. This company is a honest company and will help you in any way they can and are very kind and stand behind their word! If it’s broken they will make it right. If it’s not broken they take pride in the work they did. Maybe it’s not the best wood?! But hey you get what you paid for! It was under 275$!! You want better wood then guess what you will pay well over 500-700 or build it yourself. Over all I’m very happy and my baby will be too! Thank you!! Buy buy buy!

More than enough space for multiple cats. Easy to read instructions made it simple to put together. I did use a power drill to speed the process. Learn from my mistake and make sure to measure any doors you may move it through. I ended up taking our slider apart to get it on our deck!😀

It was easy to assemble, and the upper opening is at just the right height for my window. I cut a square out of a piece of sturdy foam insulation to block the rest of the window, so I can leave it open most of the time, weather permitting. My two cats love being able to go in and out at will, and I'm happy that they're safe on the apartment balcony. I've had this catio for about two years now, and it's still sturdy. It's protected from the worst of the weather because it's on a covered balcony. Absolutely recommend!

I recently purchased this cat house for my two sphynx cats so they can enjoy some outdoor time, it boasts impressive sturdiness, and overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. It did require some effort to assemble, taking approximately 3 to 4 hours for a single person. However, once it was put together, the durability was evident.One minor issue I encountered during assembly was with the roof. When attaching it, I noticed that the screws protruded through the roof. To overcome this, I had to break off the ends of the screws. While this was a slight inconvenience, it did not significantly affect the overall functionality or stability of the cat house.In terms of construction quality, the cat house feels solid and well-built. It appears to be made of sturdy materials that can withstand the wear and tear of regular use. I feel confident that this cat house will provide a safe and secure environment for my babies.One thing to note is that the cat house initially had a slight odor upon opening. However, with a little airing out, the smell dissipated over time. It is advisable to let it air out before placing your pet inside to ensure their comfort.Considering the sturdiness and overall quality of the cat house, I believe it is well worth the money. Despite the minor inconvenience during assembly and the initial odor, I am pleased with this purchase. I expect it to provide a cozy and durable home for my cat for years to come.

Our young, female cat loves this. 13-year-old assembled it with an electric screwdriver though we did go back and tighten screws with a drill. I don't expect this to o last years outside in the rain and weather. It's not flimsy but wood is not high quality and painted, doesn't seem to be treated. We may get 3 years before it starts to rot. It already attracts earwigs so there may be some rot for our first summer since it's very humid and very wet summer in Northeast

Key notes: Worth the money, easy assembly(I suggest power tools to make it quicker but really just need a screwdriver). I put it together on my own fine, but goes faster with two people. Had this for over 10months- survived being outside all seasons so far.I have an escape artist cat that I cannot trust on my upper apartment balcony, so I needed a fully enclosed catio. This is perfect! I bought 2 and put them together to make one big enough for my 16lb cat(he’s a big boy). The shelves support his weight no problem.Some modifications I made: replaced the roof with the spare wall panels from the two kits. The original roof panels blew right off, first storm we had(seriously can not add enough screws to hold on) after several attempts of screws and tying it on, I scrapped the roof panels as they also turned the catio into a giant and destructive kite. The mesh wall panels worked great for a roof, and now my cat can look up at the sky!This lines up well to a sliding door- not tall enough to block the whole opening so I screwed one of the spare shelf panels to block an escape route. I suggest securing your catio, however possible. This blew around badly every storm we had because it is so lightweight. Definitely suggest getting some ratchet straps! I have had no problems since securing it properly.Overall very pleased with my purchase!

The wood is super thin. Only good for cats and lighter animals. Will not protect from predators outside. Not sure how this will hold up to rain and snow long term if you put I outside as it's tall so everything will blow in etc. Wood cubby is thin and the bottom is slatted so it won't hold head well if you used this outside. Super cute for the price. Easy to assemble. Arrived super fast.
