Seasoning was easy, just put enough vegetable oil in to fill the bottom of the pan, leave on medium heat for a half hour or so so you see light white smoke, turned it around the edges of the pan a few dozen times, then let sit with it in there for a few more hours and turned it periodically.Omelets come out perfectly with this pan. Light and fluffy, perfect texture. Slightly slower cooking than on nonstick, and it takes only half the butter tab to coat the pan initially. Looks incredible and seems indestructible. My old nonstick pan took some slight scrubbing with my fingers to get clean, with this baby you barely have to use any effort and everything just melts away in the sink.

Even though no non-stick pan is non-stick forever, you would think a pan endorsed by a celebrity chef/foodie would at least remain non-stick for more than a month. It's solidly built, the cover fits well. The titanium coating seems almost impervious. There is a seasoning procedure that must be followed before first use that's a little weird, asking you to heat the pan to 350 degrees- on the stove top, then rub with oil. Even at medium heat, with a drizzle of oil in the pan, EVERYTHING sticks and clean-up can be frustrating. Stains happen. Overall, not happy with this pan.

The sides slope alot, we needed a 10" pan , this one cooks well. Doesn't have a sharp edge tp crack eggs. Can't really knock it ,cleans up easy.

This is a well made pan and probably the best non stick out there. The only problem I had was the actual cooking space. I ordered a 12" frying pan but the actual cooking space is only 7". I wanted a 12" so I can cook two steaks or pork-chops at a time, but you can't because it is not truly 12'. Pretty sad because it is really well made.

All of my pots and pans are stainless steel except for my fry pans. Must have non-stick for eggs, etc. I have wanted to get away from the non-stick coating that always comes off after a year or two requiring me to replace them. I decided to try the Guy Fieri Flavortown Laser Titanium 8.5" Fry Pan which is the most used pan in my kitchen. Despite my trepidation at buying yet another overrated product with a celebrity's name on it, I bought the 8.5" fry pan and it is marvelous. I can't address longevity yet but it is the best non stick pan I've ever had. Eggs slide out like a breeze. No stick what so ever. I'm looking forward to buying additional fry pans after the first of the year to replace my 10" and 12" fry pans. These are great!
