This guard fits perfectly. Be careful when tightening the 2 front screws, DO NOT tighten too much. The nuts will breaks loose from the shield and spin make unscrewing/removal a problem.

This was marked with a Honda Part Number on the pan, so I am assuming genuine Honda. Perfect fit. Would buy again.
