These slide out easily they also don't hold much weight. They were easy to install and seemed pretty sturdy but they don't work for heavier hanging objects such as plants.

These work good for Christmas lights; they hang pretty securely on the gutters. The wind has not blown them off yet and it has been pretty windy at times.

Seriously, where have these been all my life? These nice little hooks hang on the gutters and will make hanging the Christmas lights so much easier -- no more nails in the wood trim or stucco and no more plastic clips that just break and snap. I love these clips and highly recommend them. Practical and well made.
