This is a cool exercise timer/clock, with a few issues. It’s big and bright, works great as a clock, and can be used as an exercise timer once you finally make sense of the confusing instructions on how to use it.As others have noted, the power system is… weird. I’m used to seeing USB power/charge cables on small desktop gadgets, but putting one on a device like this, that will clearly be wall-mounted, and also not giving it a cut-out for the cable is odd.I finally set mine up as a wall clock in my gym, where it works well, although it was a nuisance getting power to it. It’s a cool gadget that’s a bit of a pain to use.

I’ve been using the AnExer Gym Timer Clock for my home gym for a few weeks now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my workout routine! The 16.5" LED display is super clear, even from across the room, and the bright red and green numbers make it easy to track my intervals. I love that it comes with a remote—I can start or stop the timer without interrupting my exercises, which is a real game-changer. The down/up clock function is perfect for HIIT sessions, and the 12/24H digital wall clock feature is a nice bonus for keeping track of time throughout the day. It’s also pretty portable, so I can move it around as needed.The build quality feels solid, and the setup was straightforward. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a louder beep option for the timer alerts, as sometimes it’s a bit quiet when I’m playing music. Overall, it’s a brilliant tool for anyone serious about home fitness, and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

The display is huge and easy to read with the 2 different colors. The set up is simple and can be adjusted from the back. The buttons are a bit flimsy but really easy to maneuver. All the functions are pretty straight forward and the guide helps a ton. It comes with a remote, usb c cable and a button battery already installed on the timer. I deducted a point for not having the power block to connect to the wall. Other than that, the time is great.

Having a large timer display is very handy for workouts or training sessions, and I figured this clock would work perfectly. It comes packed with the clock, a USB cord, and a remote control with a confusing instruction manual.I was a bit surprised that the clock runs off of USB; I would think in most situations this clock will be used somewhere that a USB plug isn't readily accessible. The bigger issue, though, is that it doesn't include a USB wall socket, so you will need your own. The other issue I saw was that the USB cable isn't as long as it could be. The main point of the clock is to mount it up high on a wall where it can easily be seen while working out. The included cable has some length, but just not enough so it limits your mounting options.Speaking of mounting it on the wall, the cable plugs into the back of the timer. It doesn't, however, have a recess to run the cable out from behind without it pushing the clock out, so it doesn't sit flush. Not a major issue, but it's things like this that make the difference between a great and good product.Using the clock was also confusing. It gives you the basics of how to program each mode but doesn't provide any information on what each mode works best for. Also, setting up your custom timer took a bit of trial and error before I got it tweaked to the way I wanted it.So, those problems out of the way, the display on this timer is nice and bright and is easily visible no matter where I stood in the gym. The remote makes setting things up much easier and works well. Having all the different modes gives you plenty of options, and if you can't find one you need, there are custom timers you can create.So overall, this clock has been helpful, and after learning how to set up the timers, it has made things easier. I won't say it's the best one out there, but it's not terrible and will get done what is needed.
