I purchased these fixtures to see if they would work in my existing H type track above my kitchen sink. Visually the connectors looked the same - kudos for listing photos of the connectors, so many listings don't. I was searching for an inexpensive replacement for a quick fix as the track heads on my existing 4 light track kit were 10 years old started to fail (can't recall if the kit came from Home Depot or Lowe's). They old heads used large R111 50-watt bulbs which of course run very hot. Over time the heat from the bulbs caused the track head connectors to become brittle and fall apart, causing the electrical connection to the track to fail. These track head replacements were super easy to install and they fit perfectly. I used these with 50-watt warm dim LED bulbs and they look great. Very pleased!

I have a store where I have around 200 of these similar track heads. I ordered 40 of these and the first 4 didnt work at all. I had to test individually all of them and out of the 40, 10 worked the first time they were used. Around 10 were poor fits and had to be adjusted just at the right angle to get them to work and 20 of them refused to ever come on. This is all on the same track, tested at the same location. When observed closely you can see that there are 3 pins and the ones that work had longer pins. and the 10 that had to be adjusted had slightly shorter pins and 20 had very small pins. I dont think they check quaility control in the factory. I was able to keep 20 out of the 40 and am returning the rest.

These track heads fit so poorly into the tracks that it took many attempts to get them to attach correctly. Each failed attempt damaged my tracks. I use these for trade shows and change the arrangement of track heads for each event. This means I need to remove and reattach the fixtures frequently and that will be impossible with these fixtures. I am very disappointed with these poorly made fixtures.

These are decent lights, my only complaint is that several of them had loose screws floating around the Box, they had come undone from where the porcelain insulator meets the body of the fixture.

These installed fine and work well. However a screw and small nut fell off of one of the fixtures within the light socket. Check all sockets before installing that all screws are secured. Use a Phillip head.Also, one of the fixtures was very wiggly in it's stem. I needed to disassemble that one with a very small screwdriver and then use some needle nose pliers to tighten a nut to secure it more tightly. Everything was more stable after reassembly.
