I had this hall tree in my cart for a few months before deciding to buy. It is a great addition to my space, definitely helps with organization! It was fairly easy to put together, instructions are clear but the amount of pieces is definitely overwhelming! Only took me about 1.5 hours to put together, with just two mistakes.

Perfect for my entryway. Was very easy to put together by myself. Came with all the tools needed and spare screws for each part. It is very sturdy and holds a decent amount of jackets shoes bags and backpacks. Would recommend.

Unpacking the box, I found the contents well packed with no damages and well marked for ease of assembly. The construction is steel and the shelves feel made of higher pressure particle board than you would expect. Directions were straight forward and assembly easy (not quick - plenty of allen key screws). Overall, very impressed.Said I'd need a drill/driver, and flat head and philips screwdrivers but only required a philips for the small hangers. Best part? They provided both allen keys required AND a screwdriver with a reversible bit - philips head on one end and flat on the opposite - They must have just changed the assembly method but are still including the screwdriver.My only comment for the producer is that the anti-tip straps to anchor the unit to a wall were too short to be used as shown in the instructions (I found a way).All in all I'm quite surprised with the value for the dollar as wasn't expected this quality!

This tree is perfect! I really recommend it! Super easy to put together, nice and tall, super sturdy and stable but easy to move. They wrapped/shipped this fast and really well. The box came best up but all contents were in tact! Things like this typically come beat up so I was relieved to see the quality of materials. Only one piece came wonky but over all it doesn’t affect the stability of the tree or its functionality. If you’re on the fence, I say go for it!**disclaimer: if you tend to be OCD like me, this tree is not able to be flush on a wall so keep that in mind!**

The entryway bench arrives very nicely packaged with all parts in perfect condition- assembly took me a while, but it was easy as the instructions were simple and everything was numbered. The bench has a very clean look to it and there are so many items that it can be used for coats/jackets, shoes, purses, backpacks, umbrellas, hats, etc. I like that there are plenty of shelves for bins and storage, and you can also put items on the top, the drawer is a nice touch but is small. This entryway bench is very sturdy and looks great in my front hall :)

It's a sturdy piece for sure, but the fabrication leaves much to be desired.The screw holes for the pipes that make up the shelving were improperly drilled on one of the supports. Had to drill my own.One of those support pipes was cross threaded and destroyed the thread of the screw used to secure it. Good thing I had JB Weld lying around.I started a refund request for the amount of additional work I had to do, but they want it sent back. I was over half way through construction before I realized the first problem, and you want me to take it apart and send it back?Choose another company that has better QC.

Like other reviewers have said, the instructions on this are a little bit vague. Probably even a little bit harder than IKEA. Just be mindful that there’s a little more room at the front than the back when putting on the shelving units. The shelves need to be flush with the back. It’s not obvious from the instructions. Otherwise, it is fantastic. It had nine hooks for the wood slats +8 hooks for the sides. We bought cute little baskets at target for the shelves to throw gloves and hats in. This is going to be a winter lifesaver for us. The boot shelf probably holds boots that are a little below the knee for height reference.
