Sturdy, assembly pretty easy. Have not been able to season and use it yet because it arrived covered in rust. Not the end of the world, it’s cast iron, but a lot of extra work for me to remove it, which is annoying. No idea why they don’t ship it with a protective coating to avoid this, but it’s pretty frustrating. I’ll update in a couple days when I’ve had time to clean and season it.

I don't think I've ever found an outdoor cooking appliance more suited for my family. I ordered this beast on Amazon and It was freighted to my house.IT IS AN ABSOLUTE UNIT. The griddle plate alone weighs 64 pounds (according to my scale). It preheats to 300 plus degrees in like 5 minutes and when it gets too hot, say for eggs or pancakes, I turn it off and it retains its heat. Even when it's 20 degrees outside!It has 8 zones of heat and you can close the lid for full cooks.I did a full in depth review on my Youtube channel.
