Quality natural gas hose with a standard gas quick connect fitting on one end and one sized for the pizza oven on the other end. Both ends have a rubber plug to keep them clean. Length is very good as well.The orifice kit does require you to take some nuts off of screws but it wasn’t nearly as difficult as other commenters made it out to be. If you’re even slightly mechanical it’s simple. Took us 15 minutes to do both with standard tools.We’ve made a dozen pizzas and a few stromboli’s with natural gas and had no issues with them cooking (if the drop in temp from propane to natural gas is a worry, don’t). This was also in winter in Colorado. They cook just fine.Well worth the money to not have to fill propane bottles if you’ve already got a natural gas line outside (for a grill or fire pit).

This kit comes with very poor instructions. I cannot believe how bad they are. No one should feel confident telling another person to work on a gas appliance with these instructions. The wrenches that come with the unit were flimsy and miss-sized. You will need a crescent wrench or something similar to loosen the fittings on the pizza oven. They are VERY tight and in awkward spots. It cannot be done with the tools provided. If you piece the components of this kit together separately, you can save yourself $30-$40. That requires you to have the know how to understand which fittings you need and the appropriate size. But if you cannot do that yourself, you probably ought to think twice about modifying a gas appliance, especially with instructions this bad.

Halo missed the mark with this product, and the shortcomings are hard to overlook. For starters, no wrenches were included in the box, making the setup unnecessarily frustrating for anyone without the proper tools on hand. The instructions were so poorly written, I half expected them to end with, “Good luck, you’re on your own.” I had to rely on external sources, specifically the Pizza Making consolidated Halo forum post, for helpful tips on how to install the gas orifices using my own wrenches.A tip for replacing the bottom burner: unscrew the two screws under the oven to detach the mount. There isn’t enough space to remove the part otherwise.It’s clear that Halo’s research and design team either rushed this product or lacks the necessary expertise in handling gas equipment. I’m starting to wonder if they think “natural gas” is just the feeling you get after eating a bad burrito. As gas-related setups can be dangerous, the absence of well-written instructional support is unacceptable.For the price Halo is charging, this product represents poor value. Customers expect a complete, functional package with proper tools and clear guidance, not a half-finished experience that requires scouring forums for help. Considering the potential hazards involved, the cost feels unjustified for what is essentially an incomplete, poorly designed product.

It will require some time to install, some connections are tight and not easy to access, plan a good 2 hours to complete the work. Make sure to have the right tools rachet and the right size.....will do the job

I'm sure the kit will do the job now that it's installed. Don't plan on using the wrenches provided. Too soft to actually break loose the factory installed propane fittings. Also, off sized and barely work before they inevitably deform. Instructions are terrible. This is a gas connection. You'd think they'd take the time to provide decent Instructions so people don't make a catastrophic mistake. I'm glad I've done this before on other conversions.
