Doesn't fit a 4" can. It apparently fits on an existing trim ring for a 4" can. I wanted to use that AS the trim ring not a goof ring. Returned.

Love the look - just cant use because the order was for Satin and two times Bronze was sent and had to pay fir shipping both times. Will have to find another place to get them.

The baffles look great installed. I believe the brushed nickel looks way more elegant and less "contractor grade" than the white ones you typically see around. These baffles must not be too popular as I am having a hard time finding them... which might be due to the high cost. Before switching to the HALO brand I was using Commercial Electric LED retrofit CAN lights which also had a brushed nickel baffle that was magnetically attached. That one was available at the "big orange hardware store" for less than $6 (making these twice as much...).A couple concerns I have are that the tabs may break if you need to remove the baffle to install it on a new light (regardless of the marketing claimed LED light longevity, they don't last that long). Also, the tabs fold over the edge which might reduce the air tightness against the ceiling. The gasket that comes with the light is thin and the folded tabs over the edge might keep it from sealing the space between the ceiling and light. Typically this is only an issue if you have attic space above but I like a good seal regardless.If you look at HALO product brochures, they show two versions of the baffle. One has ridges and one is completely smooth as shown in the product picture. I think HALO merged the two together... What I got has a single ridge on the top surface near the inner edge. This product page should be updated to show what the product actually looks like...

Looks great, fits great, feels a little chintzy but as long as your careful with installation seems like it will be fine.

I liked that it covered the white plastic and made the entire light slightly larger to cover imperfections in the tile that it was installed in. It looks like grey plastic though, not brushed metal of any sort. The gleam or metallic look you see in the picture here is misleading IMO.

I could not be more pleased with this trim kit! I put it on the outside of a garage overhang spot and it looks sharp!

These worked perfectly with the Halo retrofit LED kits from Home Depot we installed in the master bedroom. So pleased they were available to tone down the bright white trim ring and baffle the kits came with.The Tuscan Bronze is just right and not too dark.
